Orders

Yes, Custom size poster printing allows you to create posters in dimensions that are unique and tailored to your specific needs. Whether you require a poster in a size that’s not standard or want to match a particular aspect ratio, we can help! please contact us we’ll be happy to assist you.

When we have shipped your orders you will be sent a despatch confirmation email, these can sometimes be filtered into your spam or junk folders by your email provider. If you are unable to find a confirmation email please contact us and let us know and we can investigate this for you.

If you haven't received an order confirmation email, it is likely the result of one or two things:

• Your order was never actually placed and processed.
• You have entered an incorrect email address with your order

If you are certain that the email address linked to your order is correct, please check the spam folder in your mailing client for your order confirmation. In the event that you still cannot locate an order confirmation, please contact us.

Unless you have specifically paid for a Royal Mail Tracked Service, the number you receive as part of your order confirmation is a reference number and cannot be used to track your order. 

If you selected Royal Mail Tracked Service at the time of placing your order and have a tracking number you may track your order via this link:

However, if you have paid for a tracked service and your tracking number is not working, please contact us directly so that we can investigate this for you.

If you haven’t received your order yet, make sure to check the shipping notification email you received when we shipped your order. You can use this information to track your order’s delivery status directly on the website of the courier service.

International Shipping

Shipping can be 7-10 working days Royal Mail advises to allow up to 35 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) as it may be delayed during international shipping or clearing customs. Other factors – such as delivery company delays or placing an order on a weekend/bank holiday – may push the arrival of your item.
 

If you have any questions or are experiencing delays with the delivery of your order. Please contact us we’ll be happy to assist you.

We strive to process orders as quickly as possible. But we will try to accommodate any order change. The quickest way to get a hold of us is via the contact US page. Please be sure to include your order number and to let us know what changes need to be made. We will be sure to let you know, as quickly as possible, whether we were able to make the wanted changes.

What can I do if my order is going to the wring address?
Please take extra care when entering your shipping instructions at checkout, once an order has been placed, we only have a short space of time in which to amend an address and sadly, if your parcel has already been dispatched, we are unable to change your shipping address for you. 

If you find that you have entered the incorrect address, please contact our Customer Service team via the contact US page  with your order details and your correct address information. We will try to help you as much as we can!

 

For UK Orders
We can investigate delays for tracked shipping, after 30 working days from the dispatch date. It is therefore classed as lost and then a replacement can be sent or a refund.

If you have not collected an order from the Royal Mail Depot and we receive your order back due to the non-collection, there will be an additional postage charge to send your order back out to you. We will then investigate and resolve the issue for you.

For International Orders
Shipping  can be 7-10 working days Royal Mail advises to allow up to 30 working days (excluding Bank Holidays) as it may be delayed during international shipping or clearing customs. Other factors – such as delivery company delays or placing an order on a weekend/bank holiday – may push the arrival of your item.

If you have not collected an order and we receive your order back due to the non-collection, there will be an additional postage charge to send your order back out to you. We will then investigate and resolve the issue for you.

Returns

Of course! If you have changed your mind we are happy to refund your order, providing: Our refund policy is 28 days, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order and return your order to us within 28 days.

For authorised returns, please pack the product carefully in our original packing to avoid damage in transit. 

If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

When returning items to us, please include a note inside your return with your order number and the name and address used when placing the order.

All returned items must be sent back to us unopened, unused and in their original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. 

Please ensure you keep hold of your proof of postage until you have received your refund/exchange.

We appreciate your business and hope you are happy with your purchase. If you have any other questions or would like to return your order, please do this via the contact us page.

How are refunds processed?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days (depending on your individual bank).

What if my refund is late or missing?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
You should then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If this is unsuccessful then you should contact your bank as there is often additionally processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us and we will be more than happy to check to make sure it has been processed correctly.

Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! We ship everywhere. Please be aware that your order may incur additional customs charges on arrival in your country, which you'll have to pay in order to pick up your package. 

RM Design Studio has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges and RM Design Studio has no way of knowing what these charges may be. RM Design Studio is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.

While we do ship globally, there are some countries that we are unable to ship to at this time.

Countries we are not able to ship to at this time include, but are limited to, the following:
United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Dubai and Egypt

However, we do offer a large selection from our Digital Download section for instant delivery.

NOTICE: Since the United Kingdom has left the European Union, customers outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by their respective countries.

These charges are beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend that customers check their local customs policies to understand the specific duties and taxes that may apply.

These charges may be in the form of but are not limited to VAT, Import Duties and Custom Charges

This means that depending on the country you are ordering from, You may need to pay extra charges in the form of VAT or Import Duties to your local Post Office before receiving your order. Your Courier Service or Customs office will generally notify you by telephone, email, courier app, card through your door etc about paying these charges

We’re unable to predict if or when you may be charged but for more information you can always contact your local customs office.

Should you order and choose not to pay any outstanding customs or import duties on your parcel, it will be returned to us for a refund. Please note that once a return has been processed, we’re unable to stop this or have your items re-sent.
